Alesja Popova is a Ballet Dancer Artist. He was Born in Kiev in 1974, birthed to a Hungarian mother and Ukrainian father, he grew up in Hungary.

| This image shows a couple dancing elegantly. Popova has captured her movement, as the photograph shows the blurred lines to portray this. Personally for me, there is a mystical element to this image, this is due to the movement and the connotations that the colour white gives. This symbolises purity and spirituality. It relates to my project 'Angel' because of the elegant stance of the subject, as well as the blurred effect portraying the unknown. The way that one person is leading the other in this dance relates to the way that angels guide us in life. |
